As the GVP of Enterprise Operations Management at SAP and CIO of Advanced Manufacturing Solutions at GE, he worked closely with senior executives and operational teams to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in sustainable performance improvements.

Andy Henderson

Data acquisition, data analysis, and process modeling have been central to every role Andy had at Caterpillar, during doctoral research, and at GE.
He led efforts inside GE to implement data collection and analysis systems in GE internal factories and worked with GE Digital customers to define their needs for digital transformations inside of their factories.
He remains a practitioner, applying digital technology within industrial operations, and a zealot for the value that comes from leveraging those technologies.

Thomas is a global professional with over 25 years experience leading and managing businesses for the delivery of Asset Management solutions and services. Initially focused on Supply Chain advisory optimization services, Thomas has developed a portfolio of knowledge and experience applying cutting-edge solutions to drive productivity improvement across the lifecycle of assets. He has led many large-scale transformation projects for major global brands for industries including Infrastructure, Mining, Oil and Gas, and Telecommunications.

Whitney Rockley is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of McRock Capital, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). She has over 20 years of investment, operating and strategic planning experience from the power, water and oil & gas industries. She is refreshingly real and passionate about women-in-tech and inspiring girls to pursue STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math).

Bob currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Life Cycle Engineering. Life Cycle Engineering pioneered the use of condition monitoring data as the basis for proactive maintenance and operations strategy for the US Navy 40 years ago and remains an industry leader serving the US Navy as well as major industrial and facilities clients today.
